Marvic Penta Cast Magnesium Wheels - Honda CBR1000RR (2004-2007)

The Penta model, cast in magnesium, is a Marvic-house’s classic. Thanks to the V- section spokes, well lightened and aerodynamic, it offers a unique design. Really a Must in terms of wheels. Even if it has been presented in the early 90’s it has evolved itself in times and it is remained faithful to its original characteristics.

• The casting process used by Marvic is the sand gravity casting.
• This is a very expensive process reserved only for a few elite of manufacturer, and often associated to the production of prototypes. After the casting phase each wheel is refinished, grinded and lapped, and before being machined by CNC machines, each wheel undergoes a thermal treatment in order to increase its mechanical properties.
• A very complex and articulate process, that allows for the realization of phenomenal products, both in aesthetics and technology.
• Wheels are supplied with necessary adapters and cush drive.
  
• Valve stems are included.
  
• The front stem is a 90-degree model on most applications
