• 6061 T-6 aluminum billet end caps are CNC machined from solid material to exacting tolerances
• Components are so precisely machined and assembled, that they require only four stainless steel button head screws on each end to secure them
• Exit caps are styilishly milled with the Boz Brothers B logo and tribal etching
• All systems available with street core or racing core, and are packed exclusively with long lasting silent sport premium from Germany
• Street cores feature 18" L muffler shells and 2" high-performance perforated cores to ensure a quieter exhaust tone; most average 82-84db at idle, 93-95db at 5000 RPM (tested statically at 20", 45degrees); undertail models have shorter mufflers so sound levels will be slightly higher.
• Racing cores feature 15"L muffler shells and 3.5" low percentage perforated cores for maximum flow and aggressive exhaust tone; most average 85-88db at idle; 97-100db at 5000 RPM (tested statically at 20", 45 degrees); Undertail models have shorter mufflers so sound levels will be slightly higher.
